About the artist:

Ilir Bala is a contemporary artist born in Puke, Albania, in 1974. Bala studied painting at the Faculty of Visual Arts at the National Academy of Arts in Tirana. In 2008 he was specialized in the restoration of frescoes in re-painting, at Istituto per l'Arte e il Restore 'Palazzo Spinelli' 'Florence”, Italy. His work has been featured in numerous exhibitions as well as in national & international art competitions in the United States and Europe. His previous pieces are owned by many collectors & galleries worldwide. He currently lives and works in Tirana, Albania.
